So wow, I'm behind on the Internet. Being sick for most of the last month does that to you. What's been going on, all?

I'm not really fully recovered yet, but I am attempting to at least make my triumphant return to the web and, like, update my LJ and such. So, with that in mind:

1) First off, thanks to [livejournal.com profile] calicokat for the gift! ♥ Hooray, I've got some bling on my profile.

2) So as a few of you know, I used to be involved in fandomy stuff over at my old digs, [livejournal.com profile] charashi. That didn't work out, but now there is this journal! And Yuletide is coming up and I'm working on that, and I've got a few other fics in the works*, but I find it weird to be working on all this stuff when my journal is essentially bare.

Anyway, I've been talking about re-upping my [livejournal.com profile] charashi fic here for a while and have not actually done so, so in honor of the year/decade winding down**, I am declaring this week FIC WEEK on [livejournal.com profile] ncc_gqmf. I'll be posting a new (old) fic every day. Feel free to ignore me, but hopefully at least one person sees something they liked and missed the first time around? *crosses fingers* I can only hope.

3) Relatedly, is it true that you can't actually delete an old FF.net account? Goodness gracious, I just realized my teenage badfic is still out there on the scuttlebutts. And no, please do not go looking for it.

Anyway, that's the update. Coming at you next: The first fic of Fic Week!

-----

*Which I will tell you about in the hopes that one of you will mentally glom onto any of these and then harass me into working on it so it actually gets done. In no particular order: Barney/Robin, Jeff/Annie, two Troy/Abed, Kat/Darryl, Fraser/RayK, Fraser/Victoria, and maybe somewhere in there a Max/alters fic from US of Tara. Plus my actual real world writing. Why am I crazy?

**And in the interest of preserving my fic online before my poor dying computer goes belly-up. D:

I have no clue about the old ff.net account thing, but I no longer have the same email acct, so mine will be preserved in its glory forever. Or until ff.net crashes. Either way D: I don't know if I should :D because I used another name back then or D: because it involves my actual name. At least it's just an extremely common name I suppose.

Jeff/Annie \o/ Troy/Abed \o/ the Max/alters \o/ I want to know more about the first two (well, I guess THREE since there are two Troy/Abed fics in the works.)

The email associated with mine doesn't, AFAIK, exist anymore, but I could still log on with it. I... guess it's a good thing I haven't changed my password in years? /o\

LOL I have literally exactly the same problem. I would have just let it slide, but I realized there actually is a way to link it to my current name, and that is just not okay. D:

I think you have already heard a little about the Troy/Abed fics! One is about Troy and Bridge on the River Kwai, and the other is about Randy also being a guy's name (LOL seriously, Troy, what). The Jeff/Annie is sort of based on the movie Yes Man but is mostly about Shirley getting into everyone's business, like she does. I am so in love with the unlikely family ensemble as a whole. *_*

I keep getting forced to make mine more secure and I don't seem to be able to hold more than three or four in my head at once /o\

Links to current names DDD:

lol, I think I might have been skipping threads at that point because I was slow to catch up with Community, but \o/ I love all Shirleys :D Someone made me realize that that's what I love about Community the other day, that it's such a strong ensemble show. Even when I love one character MOST I appreciate ensembles with great casts.
