SO THAT WAS PRETTY RIDICULOUSLY AWESOME Y/Y/Y/Y/Y

I'm guessing the only person who enjoyed that more than I did was [livejournal.com profile] stepliana.

By far the best part was the bathroom scene, which had me in hysterics (especially the first shot of the paint sliding down the wall, and the silhouettes), but the whole thing was pretty much just rocking. I think Leonard is my favorite secondary character at this point, although he's in pretty tight competition with the Dean.

Also, it cannot be said enough that Dan Harmon and his crew are super-geeks who absolutely know their shit. Troy died first! Shirley and her Bible verses! The 70's throwback roller skating gang! Brilliant.

I'm still not super into Jeff/Britta as a couple (I love them far more as BFFs), but I liked how they played it in this episode. It was definitely a good idea to have that be the subplot of the episode instead of the main thing. Now I'm curious to see where they go with it. Are we heading into will they/won't they land, or what?

eta Also, needless to say, the continued Glee hate just killed me.

I personally just want them to be sex buddies right now. Haha, I like the pairing (basically I think everyone can be with everyone on this show and I'd be fine with it) but it's soooooo early for it to be taken seriously. Plus, I kinda can't see them in an actual relationship right now.

I would be totally cool with them being sex buddies! Or just going back to being BFF, even. IDK, I really love them as friends. :(

This is by far my fav episode of Community. I was giddy from beginning to end.

And mostly, I just want more opportunities for Joel McHale to be in a wifebeater. Whatever that entails. THERE I SAID IT. I wasn't even a fangirl for him before last night. But now, oh how the tides have turned.

MTE - always have Joel McHale in the smallest amount of clothing they can get away with.

This was one of my favorites all season also. Not just of Community but NBC's Thursday line up in general.

Those. Boyshorts? That's all I have to say.

Apologies for the mini-spam.

And by "apologies" you mean "I will keep it up," right?

I LOLed so hard when he was like, "We're above resorting to cheap ploys! *strips*" I'm glad they discovered that the audience likes Joel in little to no clothing.

That was the exact moment I was taken in by the cheap ploy. I could try to argue that he keeps it somewhere between the "funny" and "just for sexytimes" zone, but it wouldn't be a good argument.

LOVED THE TAG. LOVED IT.

(Also, it reminded me that I would read the fuck out of Troy/Abed/Jeff.)

INORITE? I wish it had been an hour long, but as it was it was really awesome. Also I actualfax gasped with HORROR when Troy and Abed and Annie all got shot. lol moast ~traumatized~ But at least Shirley's death scene was pretty funny. :D

I laughed really hard at those bits, just because they pinged the stereotypes so well. Abed's totally deadpan "my legs..." was great.

It would have been great if it had been an hour, though. *_*

I THINK YOU GUESSED RIGHT

But shockingly, I am a little sad! Will they continue to be awkward?! I miss the bickering! (I am guessing their awesomeness will get rid of the awkward, because it didn't happen. And the payoff was MORE THAN WORTH IT.)

Perfect, perfect, perfect episode.
